Focusly is a productivity and routine tool designed with ADHD-friendly patterns. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you have concerns about ADHD or your mental health, consult a qualified professional.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app.
The optional AI routine builder generates suggested steps automatically. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation — review and edit them before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
Your routines and history are stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backups — use the export feature in Settings. We are not liable for data loss.
Don't use the app in any unlawful way, attempt to disrupt our services (including the AI service), or circumvent subscription checks.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
