HabitArc Terms of Use

Effective September 5, 2026

By downloading or using HabitArc, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls to the extent required.

The service

HabitArc helps you track habits, keep streaks, run focus sessions and read simple insights about your own history. Streaks, nudges and pattern insights are informational tools, not guarantees. HabitArc is not a medical, mental-health, fitness, legal or emergency service, and nothing it displays is medical advice. Health data shown in the app comes from Apple Health and is only as accurate as the source that recorded it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the habits, notes and history you enter, and you grant HabitArc only the limited permission needed to store, process, back up and display that content for you. Do not use HabitArc to store unlawful content or to harm, disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

HabitArc Pro and billing

HabitArc is free to use with up to four habits, full history, the daily nudge and the weekly consistency chart. HabitArc Pro unlocks unlimited habits, pattern insights, cloud backup and CSV export.

HabitArc Pro is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. The price shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm is the price that applies, and it varies by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall using the Apple ID that made it.

A lifetime purchase means access to the purchased HabitArc Pro entitlement for the commercial lifetime of this app; it does not promise that the app or its cloud backup will exist indefinitely. We may change which features are free or paid on a prospective basis; an entitlement you already purchased is not withdrawn.

Availability and changes

HabitArc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail or become unavailable, and cloud backup can be delayed or interrupted. HabitArc is a backup, not an archive: keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. CSV export is available to Pro users for this purpose.

Termination

You can stop using HabitArc, turn cloud backup off, or delete the app at any time. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect users and services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including billing, disclaimers and limitations of liability — remain effective.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, productivity, profits or opportunities arising from use of HabitArc. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Use of HabitArc is also governed by the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version; continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
