NoteVault โ€” Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

By downloading or using NoteVault ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. What NoteVault is โ€” and isn't

NoteVault uses AI to help you explore banknotes from photos. Identifications, serial-pattern notes, condition grades on the 70-point scale and value ranges are AI-generated estimates. A condition estimate is not a certified grade from any grading service, and a value is not a professional appraisal or an offer to buy. They may be wrong or incomplete. NoteVault cannot confirm that a note is genuine. Verify independently before buying, selling, insuring or grading a note.

2. Fair use and limits

Free use includes a limited number of identifications. Premium offers higher usage limits subject to fair use and service availability. Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, or use the app unlawfully, including to make, sell or pass off counterfeit currency.

3. Your content

You must have the right to the photos you submit. You keep your rights in them; you allow us and our providers to process them only to provide the identification. See the Privacy Policy.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.

5. Purchases

Optional Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store. The store purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any eligible trial before you confirm. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant store's subscription settings. Manage cancellation, renewal and refund requests through that store. Deleting NoteVault or your NoteVault account does not cancel an active subscription. Store terms apply to purchases.

6. Your data

Your collection is stored on your device (and in your own device backup, if enabled), not on our servers. We are not liable for data you lose.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including financial loss from relying on AI estimates.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. Contact: http.ccare@gmail.com.
